WHO ATTENDED IN 2025
The Women in Medicine Summit™ welcomes a community of clinicians, academics, and system leaders shaping the future of healthcare. WIMS convenes a high-impact, decision-oriented audience spanning the full healthcare ecosystem. In 2025, attendees represented:
500 attendees from 37 states and 5 countries who include physicians from 140 specialties across emergency and critical care medicine, internal medicine and its subspecialties, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery and surgical subspecialties, neurology, family medicine, women’s health, and beyond.
A highly experienced audience: 92% of attendees had 6+ years of experience, with 48% bringing 16+ years.
More than 65 medical students from 25 medical schools supported the Summit as volunteers, representing institutions such as Weill Cornell Medicine, University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, Rush Medical College, University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and Texas A&M College of Medicine—underscoring the Summit’s role in connecting emerging physicians with leaders across the healthcare ecosystem.
Sectors included: Health systems and academic medical centers (senior physicians, faculty, and leaders from major health systems and teaching institutions nationwide); medical schools and universities (U.S. MD and DO programs, global medical schools, research faculty and academic leadership); pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences; research, clinical trials and innovation (clinical research organizations, digital health and AI companies, translational research and data science leaders); public health, policy, and advocacy (public health departments, national advocacy organizations, and workforce policy leaders); and professional services supporting healthcare (consulting, executive search, legal and financial firms, communication, media, and healthcare strategy groups).
CME INFORMATION
In support of improving patient care, this activity will be planned and implemented by Pinnacle Conference, LLC and Women In Medicine Summit. Pinnacle Conference, LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
