Laurie is the founder and CEO of Growth Edge Leadership and one of the most respected executive coaches and leadership educators in healthcare. A board-certified fellow of both ACHE and ACMPE, she is a Gallup Strengths Performance Coach, podcast host and author. Laurie served as the founding Program Director of Creighton University's CAHME-accredited Executive MBA in Healthcare Management and as Assistant Dean for Physician Leadership Education in the School of Medicine.

Morgan is a Chicago-based healthcare leader and nonprofit strategist with a passion for elevating women's health and expanding opportunity at every level. She specializes in building high-impact teams, cultivating philanthropic partnerships, and designing growth strategies that sustain and amplify mission-driven work, connecting people and organizations to the causes that matter most.

Meghan is a seasoned healthcare impact leader with extensive experience guiding organizational growth, advancing mission-driven strategy, and shaping high-performing teams. With a career spanning development, marketing, and innovation, she is known for cultivating aligned stakeholders and leading people toward sustainable, purpose-centered solutions.

CHIEF WELLNESS OFFICER

Dr. Tiger is a double board-certified physician in Diagnostic Radiology and Lifestyle Medicine, and a trauma-informed mind-body expert. As founder of StressFreeMD, she blends medicine, yoga therapy, meditation, and life coaching to teach a whole-person approach to stress relief, increasing lifespan and healthspan. She's passionate about helping others live their healthiest, happiest lives.
