  • Dr. Tiger is a double board-certified physician in Diagnostic Radiology and Lifestyle Medicine, and a trauma-informed mind-body expert. As founder of StressFreeMD, she blends medicine, yoga therapy, meditation, and life coaching to teach a whole-person approach to stress relief, increasing lifespan and healthspan. She's passionate about helping others live their healthiest, happiest lives.
