Women in Medicine® works to change those conditions. Through original research from the WIM VERITAS Research Lab, national convenings that put women's leadership on the largest stages in healthcare, and a community of thousands of physicians, nurses, APPs, executives, and industry partners, we build the evidence, the visibility, and the collective voice that moves institutions toward real structural change.

When women are well-represented in healthcare leadership, the care delivered to women patients improves. The connection between who leads medicine and how medicine treats women is not incidental. It is the entire point.
