Partnering to Change the Field
Real structural change doesn't happen from the outside looking in. We partner directly with hospitals, health systems, academic institutions, and corporate organizations who are ready to put our research and programming to work inside their own walls, from leadership development for their teams to sponsorship of our national convenings and the Women in Medicine Summit™. These partnerships give institutions a direct hand in building the pipeline they'll one day draw their own leaders from, while giving WIM the reach to bring real structural change to more of the field, faster.
