Women in Medicine® (“WIM”) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that educates and empowers women in healthcare, alongside our male allies, to drive meaningful change in our healthcare systems.
Women in Medicine® is the national home for women in healthcare, building the pipeline from med student to senior leader through community and education.
WIM strengthens the healthcare workforce by supporting women at every stage of their careers. Through evidence-based strategies, innovative research, and impactful leadership initiatives, we create space where physicians and healthcare professionals can connect, collaborate, and drive innovation in women’s health, transforming care for patients while advancing the careers of those who deliver it.
