Through the WIMbassador Program, we connect WIM’s national mission with local impact, building a year-round network of physician leaders committed to equity, leadership development, and a resilient healthcare workforce.

Eligibility
Physician Ambassadors
Licensed physicians (MD, DO, or international equivalent) are invited to join. An active medical license or NPI number is required during registration.
Allied Healthcare Ambassadors
Healthcare professionals from all disciplines are welcome to become WIMbassadors, representing their areas of expertise and demonstrating support for women across medicine.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often are dues paid? This isn’t a dues structure but an annual contribution, with a portion of each contribution being tax deductible. WIMbassadors and Thought Leaders each receive a $50 deductible amount, while Allies are fully deductible.
How are contributions allocated? WIMbassador support directly strengthens our administrative capacity to expand and sustain:
Access to the WIMbassador Mighty Network for connection and collaboration
Digital learning and leadership resources (shared through Mighty Network and virtual platforms)
Discounts, recognition, and year-round opportunities connected to WIM’s national work
As a 501(c)3, we reinvest funding into programming. Some activities are still being finalized, and the scope will grow based on overall participation. With strong early support, we can continue building out even more robust benefits over time.
What do WIMbassadors receive in return? All participants — anywhere nationally — receive the benefits above. Additionally, for a limited time, founding members will receive WIM-branded swag credit as a thank-you for being early adopters.
