Being a WIMbassador is one step in a full continuum of opportunity.

Early in your career or still in training? NextGen Medicine is designed for students, residents and trainees who want to enter the workforce already connected, networked, and oriented toward systems-level leadership.

Ready for a deeper commitment? Our WIM Fellowship is a selective, one-year leadership experience for early and mid-career women across healthcare, including physicians, nurses, APPs, and administrators. Fellows build strategic networks, develop executive presence, and gain the visibility and sponsorship that turn readiness into opportunity.

Ready to lead at the systems level? WIMbassadors advancing in their careers are invited to explore partner programs like the Carol Emmott Foundation or Women of Impact.

Eligibility

Physicians (MD, DO, or international equivalent with an active medical license or NPI) are eligible to be WIMbassadors, or level up as a Thought Leader.

All other healthcare professionals, including nurses, APPs, administrators, educators, researchers, social workers, industry partners, and community advocates, are our Healthcare Allies and part of the national movement to change who leads medicine and how.
