Driving Research The WIM VERITAS Research Lab produces rigorous, independent research on workforce sustainability, gender equity, and women's health — informing institutional practice and shaping how healthcare organizations support the women within them. Our research doesn't stay on paper. It drives real change in how institutions recruit, retain, and recognize women.
