Driving Research The WIM VERITAS Research Lab produces rigorous, independent research on workforce sustainability, gender equity, & women's health — informing institutional practice & shaping how healthcare organizations support the women within them. Our research doesn't stay on paper. It drives real change in how institutions recruit, retain, & recognize women.

Strengthening the Field Your gift ensures WIM can convene, connect, & amplify the work of women leaders across healthcare — building the organizational infrastructure & national presence that makes systems-level change possible.
