COSMO 2026 Terms and Conditions

By registering, I understand and agree that:

• My registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.

• Early Bird rates apply through June 30, 2026. Rates increase July 1, 2026.

• All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration and no later than July 15, 2026.

I understand that if I cancel in writing on or before June 30, 2026, I will receive a refund minus the applicable administrative fee as follows:

• Industry Professionals: $150 administrative fee

• Health Care Professionals: $125 administrative fee

• Government Employees: $75 administrative fee

• Health Care Trainees: $50 administrative fee

• Patients and Patient Advocates: $50 administrative fee

I understand that no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 15, 2026.

I understand that registrations may be transferred to another eligible attendee with written notice to WIM no later than July 31, 2026. I acknowledge that WIM reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, venue, format, or schedule as necessary. If the event is canceled by WIM, I will receive a full refund of registration fees paid.

I agree to uphold professional standards of conduct. I understand that disruptive or discriminatory behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
