Within their first ten years after completing training, some physicians are already changing the culture of medicine. The Trailblazer Award recognizes one of them - a physician who is breaking down barriers, championing women colleagues, and actively paving the way for the next generation. 

The Allyship Award recognizes a physician whose sustained advocacy, partnership, and action have created conditions for women to lead and thrive in healthcare. Their commitment is visible, consistent, and consequential.

With at least ten years of practice, the Visionary Award recipient has used their platform, expertise, and influence to advance women in medicine, not just once, but as a defining feature of their leadership. They see what medicine can be, and they have spent their career building it.

The Architects for Change Award recognizes an organization, program, or initiative making a measurable, real-world difference, in women's health outcomes, access to care, or the advancement of women in medical careers. Nominees are building the solution: creative, sustainable, and built to last.
